Anniversary Cake!

What's baking?

Cake to celebrate 25 years in private practice! Chocolate Chip Fudge Cake (Killer Cake) with white chocolate writing and gum paste and fondant decorations.
The recipe is from one of my favorite cookbooks, The Frog Commissary Cookbook. It's a delicious rich chocolate cake layered and iced with dark chocolate ganache-like icing with a hint of coffee. Let me know if you want the recipe. I could scan it very easily since the pages of my book are all loose from use! I did buy a second cookbook, but that one sits on the shelf. I enjoy using the well-worn loose pages.
The Frog was a wonderful restaurant in Philly. My first cookbook is from 1985 and my second one was reprinted in 2002. Other terrific recipes from the same cookbook Mocha Fudge cake, Carrot Soup and Chicken Wings.
