Fried Green Tomatoes!
tomato, dipped the slices in corn meal mixed with pinch of salt, onion and garlic powders and fried them in oil until brown on both sides. Not having anything to compare this to, they were good, quite tasty- a nice citrus flavor with a slightly crunchy coating. I have several more and would like to try using them in different ways. Anyone have any good recipes using green tomatoes?
