What's Baking?

Cheesecake with Oreo cookie crust covered in chocolate ganache.  White chocolate writing and fondant flowers.  Tried putting some favorites together for my daughter's birthday cake-- my favorite mini-cheesecake from Epicurious first time made as a large cake and first time making it with a crust.  First time combining chocolate ganache and cheesecake.  Delicious!!!
